These use 2 different login credentials, explained in the tabs of the box below.
Note: If you need help finding your Email password, refer to our Email Password Help section below.
Once you click on an MBKU article, ebook, ejournal, or database, you will be prompted for your Library Resources Login. It is important to use the MBKU Library links on the website or guides to get access.
The username and password are now the same as your full email login.
Residents / Outreach / Adjuncts / Preceptors:
Use the login provided to you by your program coordinator or the library.
If you can't remember the username and/or password, contact library@ketchum.edu or your program coordinator. If emailing the Library, please note in your email to which program you belong.
This login is to manage your checkouts account of physical materials. You can see your list of checked out items, renew eligible items that will soon be overdue, and check for fines.
From the library website, upper right corner, click either My Checkouts or Renew Items. Then login according to your status (student, etc.) listed below.

User ID #: the number 10 followed by your ID number found under "My Profile & Settings" on my.ketchum.edu.

1. Go to http://outlook.office.com (sign out of your account if needed).
2. Enter your full email address
3. Click on Forgot my password within the login screen to reset your password. It will send you a verification code to either your phone or alternate email address, whichever you registered*
4. After entering the one-time code sent to your alternate contact, Microsoft Office 365 will ask you to create a new password. Please choose a strong password (i.e. one that is complex).
3. You can then use your new email password to access the online library resources
Note: It could take 1 to 60 minutes for your Library Resource login to match your reset email password.
1. Click on the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click View account
3. Click CHANGE PASSWORD
4. Enter your old password once and the new password twice, and click Submit.
